中關村西區是中關村高科技園區核心的重要組成部分，本規劃方案很好地解決了科技貿易區、商業金融區、文化娛樂區、商店餐飲及行政辦公區的相互關系，中心綠地不僅為辦公樓區提供了良好的景觀，同時成為安靜嚴肅的辦公區和繁華嘈雜的商業區之間有效的隔離和過渡。建筑設計上特別注重建筑彼此之間的相互關系及據此形成的街區景觀，主體建筑格調體現高科技精密嚴謹。

Zhongguancun constitutes a major part in the core of
zhongguancun high-tech zone. The plan successfully solved the
correlation of technology trade district, business finance district,
culture and recreational district, stores district and
administration district. The center grassplot provides not only the
good landscape for office building, but also separate the quiet
office from the
noisy business district effectively, acting as a sound
transition. Architectural Design paid more attention to the
correlation of buildings and landscape. The main style
