Located at the south of Wanliu uptown in Zhongguancun
district. Fengshang international apartment was the first
apartment of adopting the technology of high comfort and low
energy consuming with excellent design in architectural
physics. It was equipped with the optimum systems, such as
heating, refrigeration, fresh air, rubbish management. It
won "excellent prize for residence and apartment designing"
in the seventh capital construction and design
exhibition2000, "Beijing 2001 ten star buildings" from
Beijing Youth Daily, "technological progress exemplary
residential base" and "Beijing architecture energy leading
edge community". The project caused extensive influence and
showed Western company's unique ability in grasping
technology. Western company participated in early planning,
architectural design and later interior architecture. |
